الضمان

نقدم ضمانًا لمدة 6 أشهر ضد عيوب التصنيع في جميع الأحذية التي نبيعها.

لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير السليم أو التآكل الطبيعي.

في حالة حدوث أي عيب في التصنيع خلال فترة الضمان، يمكنك الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لتقديم طلب الضمان.

سيتم فحص المنتج المعيب وإذا تم التأكد من وجود العيب بسبب التصنيع، ستتم معالجته إما بتبديله أو بإصلاحه.

أي تلف ناتج عن الاستخدام المفرط أو تعرض الحذاء لظروف قاسية مثل الرطوبة الزائدة أو المواد الكيميائية.
تغيير أو تلف الأحذية بسبب الإهمال أو عدم العناية المناسبة.

We offer a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing defects on all shoes we sell.

The guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the guarantee period, please contact customer service to initiate a guarantee claim.

The defective product will be inspected, and if the defect is due to manufacturing, it will either be replaced or repaired.

Any damage resulting from excessive use or exposure to harsh conditions like excessive moisture or chemicals.
Damage or alterations caused by negligence or improper care.
