Return and Exchange Period:

You may return or exchange shoes within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Shoes must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with the original packaging intact.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer service via email or phone.

Returned or exchanged shoes should be sent to the address provided by us after approval.

The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or there is an error in the order.

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Customized or specially modified products.
